Guests are responsible for declaring any medical conditions which may affect their ability to partake in Christmas Show visits or put their health at risk.

An adult (17 or over) must accompany all children under 16 years.

In the absence of negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither Whippersnappersnor its employees or agents shall be responsible for the death, personal injury or illness of any guest whilst on Whippersnappers premises.

Neither Whippersnappers nor its employees or agents shall be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or any personal property that belongs to any guest whilst on Whippersnappers property.

If Whippersnappers is unable to provide a service as a result of a situation beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to rearrange your booking. However we will not accept liability for any additional losses you incur as a result of a situation beyond our reasonable control.

By making a booking at WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk you have accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Online booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk reserves the right to refuse admission if you are any more than 15 minutes late. Please note that no refunds or transfers will be allowed.

Cancellation on our side

If WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk Whippersnappers Winter Wonderland 2013 is unable to provide a service as a result of a situation beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to rearrange your booking. However, we will not accept liability for any additional losses you incur as a result of a situation beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation on your side

If you decide not to attend, the following cancellation/refund policy is in place:

• At least 7 days notice of activity date - WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk Whippersnappers Winter Wonderland 2013 Entry Voucher for booking value less a booking fee of or £10 or 10% of the value of the booking, which ever is the greater
• Less than 7 days notice of activity date - No refund or transfer allowed

If a booking amendment has been made, point 1 above is invalid as the cancellation policy is based on the original booking date and not subsequent booking amendments.
Cancellations or amendments can only be made by the card holder.
For bookings of more than 10 people a minimum of two week's notice is required to cancel or amend a booking. After this time no refunds/transfers will be allowed.

You are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk Whippersnappers Winter Wonderland 2013 start time at all times.

If you are not ready by the start time of your activity you will be classed as late for your booking. This may result in you being refused admission; in such cases no refund or transfer will be allowed.

Health and Safety

Medical

If any of the following conditions apply to you, you won't be able to take part in this WhippersnappersChristmasShow.co.uk Whippersnappers Winter Wonderland 2013 experience:

• If we suspect you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• If you have a medical condition which may affect your mobility

Lost Property
